The Sports Bar

Whilst utilised as a sports bar on cricket days and to showcase major sporting events, this ground level area could also be hired out as part of an all-inclusive package which would secure exclusivity of The View for the duration of your event. For example, you may wish to use this room for the drinks reception for a wedding before dining on one of the top two floors and then having a dance floor and DJ or band on the other.

The Members' Lounge

The first of two main function rooms in The View, this will serve as a dual purpose Suite as although it will be exclusively used by View Members on cricket days, the opportunities are endless for the rest of the year. Whether holding having a conference, birthday party, wedding, Christmas party or exhibition, this brand new facility is ideally designed to cater for your every need. Fitted out with numerous 40in-60in plasma screen TVs and two drop-down projector screens, everything is set up and readily available to use for those wishing to conduct a presentation to aide their conference.

The Conference Center

With plasma screen TVs, drop-down projector screens and a bar facility to match the Members Lounge, this state of the art Conference Centre offers a magnificent view across the Worcestershire landscape, providing an idyllic setting for any special occasion. Whilst on cricket days it will take the form of a new Members-only restaurant, non cricket days will see it used for a variety of functions. Comfortably able to accommodate up to 80 theatre style for a conference, delegates also have the option of dining and will soon be able to book into the adjacent Premier Inn should they so wish. If needed, split deck conferencing can be utilised by booking both of the top two floors at The View, allowing for greater numbers and multiple speakers, or the option of a conference on one floor and dining on the other. In addition to these facilities in The View, those booking could also use some, if not all, of the ten Blackfinch New Road meeting rooms which could be incorporated into packages and used as break out rooms for meetings or workshops, holding up to 12 people in each. Though named the Conference Centre, this Suite can also seat around 80 for a sit down meal which enables it to be booked for other events such as weddings and birthday parties.
